2. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Orders are only processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). After processing, your order will be dispatched for delivery according to the selected shipping method.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We work with trusted shipping partners to deliver your products safely. Delivery times will vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes between 5-7 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times range from 10-21 business days depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of the products you order. During checkout, you will see the total shipping cost for your order before confirming your purchase.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We only accept Cash on Delivery as the payment method. When your order arrives, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent before the goods are handed over.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s status. You can use this tracking number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to certain locations or PO Boxes due to local restrictions or shipping limitations. If this applies to your order, we will contact you with alternative options.
