Thank you for shopping with Emma Trips! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a clear return and refund policy to ensure a smooth process.

1. Returns

We accept returns on products within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must not be a final sale or clearance product.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. Emma Trips is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to you in the form of cash on delivery (COD) for the full value of the returned product. The refund process can take up to 10 business days depending on the payment method.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the defective product at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund. These include:

  • Used or opened items that are no longer in original condition
  • Products that have been customized or made-to-order
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items
